STEPS Inclusive Design launched The Lana Collection at REHACARE International 2026 

STEPS Inclusive Design exhibited at REHACARE International 2026, which took place from 23 to 26 September at Messe Düsseldorf. The team were in Hall 5, Booth C03, where The Lana Collection was displayed for the first time. At REHACARE, Co-Founders Jules Shiel-Boulger and Toria Chan were joined by Head of Design & Product Development Toby Chan, Head of Operations & Customer Experience Henry Leahy, and STEPS Rehabilitation® Occupational Therapist Kerrie Bingham. 

REHACARE International is one of the leading trade fairs in its field, bringing together manufacturers, clinicians, distributors, researchers and people living with disabilities and there will be exhibitors from 43 countries. The event showcases assistive technology, accessible design, care provision and independent living aids, and it is attended by many of the professionals who specify and supply equipment into homes, care settings and rehabilitation services. 

The launch of The Lana Collection

REHACARE was the first opportunity to see the finished products in the Lana range. 

The Lana Collection was showcased in all three colour options, Midnight Iris, Tuscan Poppy and Green Orchid. The Lana Perching Stool is a certified medical device with a user weight limit of 130 kg, and it is eligible for VAT relief (in the UK) for those who qualify. 

Design that gives people choice

The Lana Collection was developed in response to a long-standing view of Jules and Toria: much equipment on the market – stools, seats and aids, look clinical, unattractive and out of place in a non-hospital setting.

The collection has been developed with the input of clinical professionals, engineers, designers and end users from the outset.  

Visiting the stand

Visitors to REHACARE International 2026 found STEPS Inclusive Design in Hall 5, Booth C03, from Wednesday 23rd to Saturday 26th September.

Those unable to attend can now pre-order either product with an anticipated delivery date of 31.10.26
